Things happen. Pipes burst, refrigerators conk out, kids need expensive medications, and the car you depend on to get you to work turns out not to be so dependable. Because things happen, the UAFS Foundation has some money put away to briefly cover its employees on especially rainy days. The Employee Emergency Fund awards an average of $700 per award to eligible employees experiencing financial hardship. This fund proves the type of community we continue to build here at UAFS – one that puts its people first.
