About

Hosted by the World Languages Department, this scholarship funds a UAFS undergraduate Spanish minor, Spanish major, or World Languages CP student to study abroad in a Spanish-speaking region. This merit-based scholarship empowers our students to grow, learn, and have a world-embracing vision.

The scholarship covers the following: airfare, tuition, room and board, and professionally guided field excursions. Last year’s scholarship recipients have chosen to travel to Mexico and Spain! This Study Abroad Scholarship aligns with UAFS’s Strategic Plan to provide enriching educational experiences both inside and outside of the classroom. Click here to learn more about our program.
