I.D.E.A.L. Women is a student-led organization dedicated to empowering women at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith. We create a safe, welcoming space where women can connect, grow, and develop both personally and professionally.

Unlike many organizations on campus, we do not receive annual funding because we operate as an independent women’s organization, making community support essential to our success.
